Heather Lermont-Pape has over 20 years of experience in leadership development, training, and executive coaching within the financial, healthcare, telecommunications, internet services industries, and the U.S. Federal Government. She coaches clients from mid-level managers to Board Executives to increase their effectiveness and maximize their potential by developing strong leadership behaviors and practices. In 2015 she was selected to provide executive coaching to Federal Government Senior Executives participating in President Obama’s Leadership Development Initiative. Heather has extensive experience in creating and leading in-person workshops for corporate and federal clients on leadership development for newly appointed leaders, as well as those with many years of leadership experience.

Coaching Approach
Victoria approaches coaching with respect for the client and what the individual brings to the session. She collaborates with the client to clarify goals and focus actions on achieving the goals. Each client session delves into the challenges faced by the client through thoughtful use of frank questions and reframing of the challenges/situation. The goal is to empower the client to move forward with their own actions while Victoria supports the client by holding them accountable for their actions. As the owner of the challenge, the client has within them the power to resolve the challenges and create a solution.

Victoria has federal, private, and nonprofit sector experience as an Executive Coach, Organizational Effectiveness consultant, and facilitator of strategic meetings. She established the FAA Organizational Effectiveness Team within Federal Aviation Administration Human Development Department (FAA-AHD) providing coaching and organizational effectiveness (strategic planning, change management, organizational alignment) for FAA. Her experience within the federal government included coaching and organizational effectiveness consultant for the Federal Consulting Group (FCG) within the Department of Interior allowing her to coach and consult with members of the Senior Executive Service and Political Appointees across federal agencies (Executive Office of the President EOP, FDA, DOE.) Coaching Approach
Pam works with individuals and teams to increase their awareness about who they are and how they show up with others. She is an active faculty member of Georgetown University's Institute for Transformational Leadership, where she teaches, assesses, and mentors students in the Leadership Coaching Program. She has led culture change initiatives for a large child protective services organization, as well as a federal supervisory bank agency resulting in remarkable improvement of their employee viewpoint survey scores. She has coached multiple senior leadership teams to become more cohesive, consistently raising their team assessment scores from low to high in every category. Pam has led a variety of workshops, including Dare to Lead, and she has mediated numerous healthy conflict conversations. She has designed and implemented two corporate universities as well as three internal coaching programs. She was a senior manager of organizational effectiveness, leadership coaching, and learning programs in Washington, D.C. for the SEC and FHFA; and served as a Senior Executive in the role of Deputy Human Resources Director. After entering private practice, Gregory was elected to the Board of Directors of the International Coach Federation - New England and is an Executive Council Member of the Maine Coaching Connection.
He is supporting National Guard and Reserve members and their families as they transition between deployment and their civilian lives as one of 40 national cadre in DOD’s Yellow Ribbon Reintegration Program (YRRP).
While in federal service, Gregory was on the leadership team at the US Office of Personnel Management (OPM) that developed and implemented the Federal Coaching Network and won the 2014 HCMG Award for Best Leadership Development Program in the Public Sector. Gregory also created and led OPM’s government-wide Advanced Coach Training Initiative to broaden and deepen the coaching skills of Federal coaches.
