This 10-session Group Coaching course can help your organization reach more people for greater impact, less cost, and increased sustainability of learning initiatives which have often been weak in transfer of accountability. The group coaching process provides the opportunity to build stronger peer relationships in a safe environment where diverse perspectives are shared and valued. Ultimately, this can contribute to a changing culture in your organization that collaborates across multiple functional areas. The forever-changed work environment creates tremendous opportunities requiring new ways to effectively and efficiently work together in virtual, digital, hybrid and remote workspaces. Your ability to create groups and conduct group coaching engagements requires that you learn new skills; applying your core coaching skills in new ways. You will learn: 


· What coaching is and how it differs from individual and team coaching 

· How to design, launch, and lead optimizing group coaching skills 

· How to establish, align and position group coaching in your organization 

· Practical tips, resources, and exercises to support coaching groups 

· By facilitating a group coaching session with participants (practicum). 

What to Expect

Each session will be comprised of an agenda, ground rules, check-in to gain insight from the field work, successes since last call, and expectations for group coaching session, topics for exploration, and reflection/take-away. The participants will each be responsible for leading a group coaching session as part of the practicum.  The program consists of eleven 120-minute interactive virtual learning calls with class engagement and coaching conversations in all classes.  Class size is limited to 10 students.
