Clients receive tips and insights on best practices for certification. At the completion of our coach mentoring program, our clients are more highly skilled, experienced, and confident.

Heather & Heidi are passionate about guiding coaches through certification and credentialing.

In 2014, we both trained with the ICF to assess using the PCC Markers. We prepare you to apply to the ICF for your ACC or PCC credential or renew your ACC and meet the required 10 hours of mentor (plus 5 bonus hours of learning). We will:

✔️ Help you master the core competencies that the ICF assessor wants to hear

✔️ Focus on your untapped skills to round out your coaching

✔️ Listen to two recorded coaching sessions (with your permission) and offer you critical feedback, valuable support, and expert mentoring

✔️ Enable you to self-assess and identify your recording(s) to submit with your application

✔️ Offer tips for the Coach Knowledge Assessment Exam and overall certification processes

✔️ Get your questions answered so you become more confident in your coaching
